There’s a place where you are right now and a place where you want to be right!

How about doing exactly what you want to do your entire life, working on exactly what it is that you want to work on, and re-awakening your life again! Most people give up on their goals at a pretty early point in their life. Now, call it getting older, responsibility, life gets in the way or whatever other excuse you may have used.

I don’t want you to be most people, there’s something far more exciting waiting for you if you have
the desire.

I want you to live an amazing life. I want you to know that, anything you want for your life is possible. Living a life that you want is more possible today than it’s ever been, ever in the history of the world. We have the technology and the information available today,more than any other time, to achieve great things.

Teach youself how to live any style of life that you want. So don’t be most people, don’t give up on your goals, don’t give up on your dreams and what you thought was possible when you were a kid.
Don’t give up on your happiness just because you haven’t yet found a way to earn an income from
it, its closer than you think, change your thinking, your mindset, and the worlds your oster.

I have discovered some of the pointers that can lead to a more creative and positive ‘can do attitude’ in order for you to realise your full potential and achieve a happier,more successful and financially free lifestyle.

Creating a postive mindset is the cornerstone of any potential success. You will need focus, direction, passion and commitment.

Your mindset is what you believe can happen. Your mindset is your foundation of your beliefs. If you don’t believe you can build something you’ll never get it off the ground. So your beliefs, your mindset, are your thoughts. Just like everything changes with action, everything starts with your thoughts.

In the context of mindset there is a four letter word that is incredibly disempowering, that word is CAN’T, its in your thought pattern, Now can’t in any other context has a very common use, but the can’t I’m refering to here is about a disempowering belief that you can’t do something, it has negativity.

Now the A in C-A-N-T is always. Always is something that people might use negatively when they say things like, “I always mess that up, or “I can’t do that because this always happens?”

The N in can’t refers to never,I can never find the time. I never have any energy. I never have any money. I never lose weight, again a negative use.

What about the T? “I’m trying to quit smoking. I’m trying to lose weight. I’m trying to start this business, what is trying…. it means your not committed, so if you say your trying you are interested but not committed.

Do you see how those four words: can’t, always, never, and try, start out as thoughts in your head and then they become real because you say them, you declare them and you bring them into existence. When you use those words you are confirming your belief system. You say “I can’t do this, I always do that, I never do this, I’m trying to do that!” It doesn’t get done because you are not committed. You’ve got to be committed.

Now,understanding how the word can’t can react with your thoughts, there are two others words which have a huge impact and are the biggest words that you can use in your life. The first word is I, just the letter I and the second word is AM.

I am. I am what? Whatever you say “I am” and follow it with, you will become. “I am going to quit smoking. I am going to lose weight. I am going to start a business. I am going to do what ever it takes,
Whatever you follow ‘I am’ with you will become. Now how about that for a couple of empowering words!

Now, how do you begin to create your mindset? How do you begin to create your thoughts the way that you need them to be in order to create the life that you want to have? Well, that’s done through affirmations. Its like building muscle memory, i.e repeating the same action over and over and over again.

Developing a success mindset is done through writing down specific thoughts,that you want to have,whatever you write down, make it positive, read those thoughts and turn them into what you believe.

Your brain does not know the difference between what’s real and what’s not. If you tell your brain “I can’t lose weight,” then your brain believes that. If you tell your brain “I lose weight easily,” then your brain believes that. If you tell your brain, “I am only able to earn a certain amount of money,” well then that’s what your brain allows you to make on a consistent basis. If you tell your brain,” I can earn unlimited amounts of money,” than that’s what your brain believes. Your brain doesn’t know the difference.

Train your brain to have the positive thoughts that you need in order to believe what you want to believe. Remember, build on a solid foundation so you are able to achieve what it is that you want to achieve.

There is so much proof that speaking positively, thinking positively, and being an optimist helps you to achieve so much more in your life. It also helps you to feel healthier and be healthier. It boosts your ability to get things done. It improves your relationships.

Being positive is a vitally important element of success in every area of your life.

Remember, what you tell your brain, and what you consistently feed into your brain, is what it will believe. So tell your brain what you want it to believe.

We can start by setting goals (small steps to begin with, nothing to ambitious) and allow time in your day to carry them out, don’t spend all day on this, perhaps just a few hours to get going and increase the allotted time as necessary.
